Shirley Crawford, known as the Business Whisperer, is the CEO and Founder of 2nd Chance Consulting. At 2nd Chance, Shirley utilizes over 20 years of small business consulting experience to provide business owners with a 2nd Chance at a first impression. Shirley also serves as the Executive Director the Women's Business Center RVA, where she starts, sustains, and grows small women-owed enterprises.
